How to take a picture of an electrical outlet.

The gov't left me with a list of things that need to change in order for me to be certified. Then I am to take a picture of the changes, and send them by e-mail. This should be a simple task. But I ran into some troubles when it came to the electrical outlet.

 Oops, should have turned the flash off.
